Swap it for: 1 cup of all-purpose flour, plus 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.

Chili sauce

Swap it for: 1 cup of tomato sauce, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon and a dash of ground cloves and allspice.
